Print & Assembly
Postcards and magnets are printed in full color, and each magnet is attached with removable glue.
Step 4
Mail & Track
We deliver your mail to the Post Office. Add a QR code or giving link to see the response.
Questions Schools Ask
How far ahead should we order?
Smaller mailings typically take 2–3 weeks, and larger mailings can take up to a month. For a save-the-date, plan for it to arrive two to three months before the event.
Can you mail to our alumni or donor list?
Yes, that’s what most schools do. We clean and presort your list and use it only for your mailing.
Can you reach every family in our district?
Yes. EDDM reaches every household on the carrier routes you choose, or we can supply a list of families in your area.
Can our agency or printer handle the project?
Yes. Many of our school projects come through printers and agencies. We work behind the scenes, under their name.
Can you work with our purchasing office?
Yes. We provide a W-9, and purchase orders are welcome.
