What's a Magnet Mailer?

 A magnet mailer postcard is a traditional direct mail postcard with a removable fridge magnet on the back. The magnet is held to the postcard with removable glue (no clear label necessary). This glue is strong enough to withstand the mailing process but is easily removed by your client or customer.

​A magnet mailer postcard is more effective than a traditional postcard because when the magnet is removed and placed on the fridge, it becomes a permanent  "billboard in the home". It's ideal if you're looking to create awareness of your company, generate immediate sales or maintain top-of-mind visibility. Our Magnet Mailer Postcards

  • All of our postcards are printed in full color on high quality 14pt coated cover stock. There's also a UV coating on the front for added impact.
  • Our magnets are also nice and thick: 25 mil
  • Magnets are glued on to the address side of the postcard with fugitive (removable) glue.
  • Standard postage is included in our pricing.
  • We can mail to the list you provide or you can use our consumer mailing list with any number of demographic and geographic selections.

All of our magnet mailer postcards are produced at our facilities (we're located in northern Illinois). We also take care of the creative design, data processing and addressing in-house.

​Following receipt of your artwork, we print the postcard and magnets, affix the magnets to the postcard, process the list, address the mailers and deliver them to the Post Office. Typical production time is 10 business days. Standard postal delivery by the USPS takes 5 - 10 days. We also send you a handful of samples as soon as they are off the press. Additional magnets can be purchased at discounted prices.

Two Postcard Sizes & Two Magnet Sizes

To maximize production cost effectiveness and to be able to offer super low prices, we've tailored our production equipment to focus on two core sizes for the postcard and magnets. You can mix and match based on your marketing budget and objective. That means you can combine either sized postcard with either sized magnet. Our best seller is the jumbo postcard with the standard magnet. 
  • Our jumbo postcard is 5.5" x 8.5"
  • Our super jumbo postcard is 6" x 11" (it's huge)
  • Our standard magnet is 2" x 3.5" (same size as a business card)
  • Our large magnet is 3.5" x 4"

25 mil Magnet THICKNESS - feel the difference

Magnet Printing
Our magnets are printed on 25 mil magnet stock. They are nice and heavy and designed to hold several pieces of paper. Beware of other companies using digitally printed lightweight stock (15 or 17 mil) as they are too flimsy to actually work! They'll bend and crease when being removed and will likely end up in the trash.
